Meet Genaide "Gen" Kilduff. Blending Southern charm with West Coast grit, Genaide combines a sharp eye for positioning, strong negotiation skills, and a passion for helping clients navigate every step of the real estate journey.
Licensed in both Tennessee and California, Genaide specializes in executive relocation, helping individuals and families make a seamless move to Middle Tennessee. Having relocated her own family, she understands that finding the right home is also about finding the right community, schools, and lifestyle.
Before launching her real estate career, Genaide spent more than 20 years leading business development, strategic partnerships, and complex negotiations. Today, with 8 years of real estate experience, she uses her knowledge to guide sellers through the listing process while delivering an exceptional client experience.
A Visit Franklin Ambassador and longtime volunteer with Williamson County Animal Center, Genaide is deeply connected to the community she calls home. As the mother of a Battle Ground Academy student and a recent Montgomery Bell Academy graduate now attending the University of Richmond, she also provides valuable firsthand insight for relocating families.
Outside of real estate, Genaide enjoys spending time with her family and planning her next hiking adventure. Having summited Mount Whitney and the Six-Pack of Peaks, she believes preparation, perseverance, and enjoying the journey are just as important as reaching the summit.
